Positive: Very spacious, clean,and quiet all that was needed had been provided for us.
Negative: Maybe a little bit clearer on Apt. 2 location being upstairs in the welcome guide.
Summary: My stay was great, welcoming,very affordable and convenient shopping and the Cooperstown parks.
